Valentin is a Uruguayan-born, Los Angeles–based sound designer, mix/mastering engineer, and producer. He holds a BFA in Music Technology from CalArts, where he engineered recordings across rock, jazz, and string ensembles, created surround sound mixes, and composed for spaces such as the Walt Disney Modular Theatre. His work also extends into Hip Hop, Argentinian rock, and other collaborative projects, reflecting a versatility across genres and mediums.

Under the name Vantin, he explores his artistic voice as a producer and DJ, rooted in deep, minimal, and progressive house. His music has been featured on John Tejada’s compilation album, drawn support from DJs like Vintage Culture and earned international radio play in Ibiza, London, Buenos Aires, and Melbourne, and brought him to venues including Nublu in New York and The Victorian in Los Angeles.
